I received a letter from a woman called Gloria G in AL, thanking me for writing to David Alan Gore in AL, who was executed on april 12th at 11.00 a.m.
She wrote that he was encouraged by all the people who took the time to let him know they cared (so I think this letter is a thank you for all the volunteers for the execution card swap) and she send me his last statement and his last picture !! So sweet en at the same time so sad !! xxx syl

I have a few of you to thank! Sylvia, thank you for the cute birthday card. I'm going to put the words in my translator to see what it says! lol I'm guessing it says HB inside but I'm curious about the outside and the first line inside. Stacy, thank you for the card and the beautiful words inside. I feel the same way!!

Becky, your card really touched me! Not only did you take the time to write a little note about your story but your daughters drawing was very moving and touching. Thank you for sharing that with me. I also got a couple birthday cards today from my pals. ALL these cards could not have come on a better day as I needed to smile from all the love!!! I just need to get through today and I'll be back to myself again. So.....a BIG thank you to all!!!!!!

Message from Ivy to Shari: Thank you for the card it really did brighten her day and she thinks you and your kids look very happy. She had just come from the pulmonologist and learned that she now has to go to a ENT doctor to see if she needs her tonsils out so it really did cheer her up so thanks from me (her Mom) as well ! YOU ARE AWESOME
