Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

Default Pre-paid phone time through JPay... His account wasn't credited. Help!
Last week I put in $45 on a pre-paid phone minutes for my son through jpay. They took my money but my son didn't get his minutes. I sent 2 e-mails but to no avail. I tried calling but I was on hold for 15 minutes. Has anybody gone through this mess and how did you resolve it? If they are not going to honor it I hope they give me credit back on my card.
