Default Information About Santa Fe prison?
Looking for any info on Penitentiary of New Mexico,Santa Fe ? My husband has just been transferred there..and they havent processed him as of yet so don't have inmate number to send mail or money orders.. so worried about him.
He came from Grants Detention center.. he has been moved 3 times in less than a year, he isn't a trouble maker..Any reason someone would know of that he keeps getting moved?

usually hun it is because lack of beds in one area etc etc etc.....where are you in comparison to the pent. of santa fe??? Do not worry...you will get your call... my babe is in Santa Rosa...Sept. almost here and he goes down to a level one... I live in California.. (we were friends as kids and got back into contact two years ago)...I move to Albuquerque in May..

I live in abq. My babe is in las cruces. Lvl 2. Will never be lvl1 because of an ICE hold. The only thing i know about the pen of nm in santa fe is the one reason i prayed my man wouldn't go there. No contact visits. Windows. But don't worry, your call will come like she said

Well i got a flat tire and by the time it was fixed i would've been really late. So I'm going tomorrow. 830 to 330 lol

I liked it in visiting terms. I am a cashier do i deal with a lot of money everyday and passing those stupid ion drug tests for your hands always seems to be a problem for me.. but his level doesn't require one. Just metal detector. And the CO was great. Laughed and joked with me and my man. I guess i like it, but probably because it's level II. My boyfriend really wanted to go to a level III because he said it's hard at level II and they are always having him do something. But he stuck it out and he is doing so good. :-)

Hi Ladies. My name is Angie. I live in Burque and my husband is in Oregon. I could really use some friends that understand what I am going through. I have not found any support groups for women of incarcerated men. I feel really alone. Anyone want to have coffee sometime?
