Me and my bf had some questions wanted to know if anyone could answer them he is currently incarcerated iN NC with a minimum sentence of 5yrs and a max of 6yrs 9months now I know under the NC law u have to do at least your minimum to get out but is it anyone that knows if he could a override and come home early???? Thanks in advance

Nope. He'll have to do his minimum.

Unfortunately, you HAVE to do the minimum. My fiance is only doing 24 months of a 25-39 month sentence as it stands right now due to time served. I wish there was a way to get him home to me sooner, but sadly there isn't.
