Default Intro--MrsStClair from Ohio

So heres my story:

Have you ever met someone that you instantly knew was your soul mate? I know your going to think to yourself that everyone thinks this at one point or another about someone they fall in love with. With all the divorices you see in medias and extended families, the hope of real life long love doesn't seem real. This is what I have thought my whole life until Mr. St. Clair walked into my life. Our love is the most intense feeling I have ever felt in my life. And the feelings are mutual. Only one minor detail. He is now awaiting to be indicted on Aggravated Robbery F1 in the state of Ohio. The sad part about this story is that my husband is not the type of person who has a career in crime. This is his first felony every and the only charge he has. I'm sure many people out here can relate to this b/c I have had to learn that what he did does not define him, he is still the man that I fell in love with who made a stupid decision in a desperate need.
You see my husband and I are were practically homeless. Living in a house that had no heat or electricity. I was the only one working at the time and he was waiting for his first semester of school to start. The night I got paid (which was the thursday before xmas) my husband left to buy cigs and pay my friend gas money to take me to work the next day. He never returned. My husband apparently was attempting to buy weed from a man he barely knew and was jacked of all our money. He spent the whole night looking for these people after he was jumped. So the next morning, (after I had looked all night for him) his decision was to rob a skilled games gambling place of $500 so that we could have heat and food for xmas. My best friend just so happens to work at this place and he knew they didn't have working cameras so he thought that he wouldn't get caught. However, my best friend matched his description with the description that her employer gave her and he was eventually arrested.
This has been soo devastating. The scariest part is the uknown. I don't know how long he will be behind bars. I don't know how I can emotionally hold. I am happy to have found this forum so that I don't feel so alone in the world. Family members look at me and judge me for sticking it out with him. But your heart wants what your heart wants. His actions don't define him. He is still the man I fell i love with, just made a bad choice during a nervous breakdown. Now he will forever be labeled this and he has to live with it. But so do I.
Love can conquer all. If any one has any advice or knows anything about the Ohio judicial system I would be happy to hear anything. I have never been thru the court system before so I don't know what to expect. My husband has never been in felony court and he has a court appointed attorney. He is hearing in jail that there is a program in our region called S.T.A.R that waives prison time and its for people with drug abuse problems. My husband has in the past had issues with drugs. Although at the time he was smoking marijuana. Other than that the only thing I know is that it could be 15months or 3 years. So if anyone out there knows anything about the Ohio Judicial System please respond. Also words of encouragement and advice on how to make it thru without my loved one is needed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all as well!
Thanks!
Mrs. St. Clair
