My own national dishes which is very famous in my country Nepal. Dal, Bhat, Tarkari this is one of the famous and budget dish in my country Nepal. And this is regular food for all the Nepalease.

My favorite is slow cooked pot roast, roast gravy, mashed potatoes, spinach, corn on the cob, and fresh dinner rolls.

Chicken French w/ Rice Pilaf. Cold petit pea salad.

I found this recipe from my Mom. I haven't made it in eons. If I remember correctly it makes 4 single servings at about 1/4 lb. each.

CUBE STEAK

Dredge with flour and brown with salt, pepper & onion.

½ C Water
2 TBL Vinegar
1 TBL Worchester
½ C Ketchup
1 TBL Brown Sugar

Cover and simmer about 20 minutes
