I wonder if there are any local Support Group meetings for the loved ones of people in prison in the Hampton Roads area?

That is a laugh. When he first went in I looked and looked, and really there was not much. I don't know if it has changed since, but then but six years ago there was nothing.

That really is a shame. I feel so fortunate that I found this website and that I can talk to other people who understand what I am going through. It would be nice to find a support group in my area where I could meet other people face to face who are going through similar situations.

I agree, when I first started this I was lost. Never had to deal with someone in jail/prison. It took about two years before I found PTO, at first I really wanted someone who understood.
