I can usually expect a letter every Wednesday and Friday and sometimes on Monday. His last letter came on last Friday. I know we were fighting last Wednesday, but I am not too sure if he is still mad and just decided not to write me until he cools down or what is going on. I hope he is just cooling down or the mailroom is slow at getting his letters out to me.

I got a letter today. Short. I have to admit I hate this settling into prison thing. That's so crummy of me. I wont tell him that though. He said he's slowly working hs way through the letters he has from me. Then he will not be behind and will need new ones. I kinda don't feel like writing. I'm journaling the wonderful things I'd send in a journal app on my iPad. But I told him thesis like tag and now that I responded to the letter I've gotten today he's it and I won't write until he's sent me something to respond to. The journal helps because I feel like I've still talked to him. I didn't even send the st Patrick's day card I made. I just drew a tiny pic of the cover and sent that in my letter. 15 yrs of this is going to suck.

I've dealt with the no mail demon too. Last week I didn't get any mail from my baby and he writes me everyday and then come to find out he wasn't getting my letters either. I know the people in the mail room were doing it purposely cause he is in seg and one of my friends has a man that is in the same facility and is also in seg and they are the only two that receive mail everyday. It's like they punish them because they are getting mail. Well today when I checked the mail I had 2 letters and one of them was postmarked from a week ago. WTH??? I know it doesn't take that long for it to get from where he's at to where I'm at, heck we're only 2.5 hours away from each other. It makes me so ill cause when I get mail from him on days that he didn't receive my letters he thinks that I've forgotten about him or didn't care enough to write which makes me feel so sad because I know that my letters are what he lives for right now because we are not able to talk on the phone. I wish I could get my hands on the mail demon!!!!

Just a thought it had been taking FOREVER for mail to get to my friend. I started mailing like 4 letters ( not in envelopes) in a large manilla envelope and it seems like they take priority over regular envelope mail. Its a dollar or so to send it but he gets my letters faster and writes back faster. He does mention sometimes he will get like 4 Jpays at once even though the mailroom told me theyre delivered daily. Hes in AdSeg and has been a little troublemaker in the past so Im sure he isnt one of their favorites. Still mail is a basic human right!

Ok today I am promising myself not to get my hopes up on getting a letter from J today. If I do then GREAT!!!

If not, I will try not too be so down about it.

(Of course I am sercretly wanting to get a letter from J today!!

Holy Crap!!!!!

Not only did I recieve a letter from J today I recieved 4 (6 pages!!!) letters from him!!!

He said he recieved 5 of my letters at one time that is why it took so long to write me back!

WOW!!! I love him even more(if that is possible!!!) now!!!

Yaaaay! I got one today too!! Looking at the date he wrote it and when it was sent out It's taking over a week for his letters to get to me ugh.. but I'm happy I got one today : smiles:

My dates were just about the same.......He wrote his on the 9th and 11th but the post mark on both were the 13th(Tuesday). He said mine are taking about a week as well, maybe give or take a day.

He said he recieved all 5 of my letters plus all the printable games I sent him.

He also put a small note in there that he did recieve my money I sent him through Jpay.

) So, when my income tax check clears the bank......I am praying tomorrow but I have a feeling it will be Monday or Tuesday I will send him some more $$.

4 six pagers?!?! I'm jealous! Haha. But that's really good it seems like you guys had alot more to talk about than we do. Ive been waiting 2 weeks. I dread going to the mailbox....nothing today either. I hope tomorrow. I wish this would get easier.

Start writing more offen. That way you will start getting mail like 2-4 times a week. Just a thought!

I noticed the no mail on Saturday as well!

Yes, 4 6 pagers! I wrote him alot and he was commenting on it as well as answering questions and telling me things he found out with his mom and family and such. Now I have to sit down and write him. I think again no sleep for me, but that is ok.......I am writing my baby!!

I'm starting to think my man isn't writing that much because I have been getting one 2 page letter a week. I write him 3 or 4 letters a week. I think I'm spoiling him and he's getting lazy. Like he just knows I'm gonna write. SMH. I know It's not much to write about but waiting all week for two pages is a Lil agitating.I find myself reading it over and over to feel connected to him. Ugh I can't wait until May when we can talk. It might be time to have another talk with the mister.

I would not write him for a week or so and see if that helps him not to write 2 page letters to you anymore. Then you will have more to write to him as well. Just a thought!

HE'S OBSESSED with my letters though. I think he is gonna freak out lol. But yea I'm gonna not write him all next week.. I sent out 3 letters today so he will be just fine.

I'm feeling the same way. I'm finding myself reaching for stuff to write about and his letters are short but very sweet. I can tell he's trying but Idk its kinda annoying waiting a week for a two pager.

I've been waiting for a letter too since I had written a really long one and knew he had to have gotten it. Well I got a letter from him saying they advised him mine came but sent it back to me for too many pics.

He can only get 4 per letter and I sent 10. So now I have to wait and resend it minus some pics. Good thing was I sent him another before getting his with 4 pics, just by chance, so at least he'll get something.

Hang in there everyone. Im sure yours will come soon.

:'-( I haven't gotten any mail since last Thursday.. he told me I'd get some this wk.. but I've yet to.. now he was transferred.. yesterday but today I had a UPS package from where he at the moment but I wasn't home idk what it is..... now.I have to wait til Monday..... ugh I just wish he was home..!! :-(
