I have been to a tattoo convention, recently actually. It's where I got my side tattoo done

Also my Godsons tattoo was entered into the contest they had at the convention and he won 2nd place out of 50 entries! It is such an awesome piece. It's a sock basically, all around/on his right leg (from the top of his foot to his knee cap) and its a whole Lion King theme. I can't believe how gorgeous it came out. Hours and hours of work but so worth it. He's not even all the way done yet.

I have not tried green tea at Starbucks....I don't drink tea

Go figure....I'm part Asian and hate tea, and Asian food. Except fortune cookies

Yay! I live on Oahu. Soy is now an alternative in all coffee shops. I wouldn't drink a ton of it though, there are studies that say it has a lot of estrogen and that can't be good. But I drink it everyday in my latte and it's ok

. I would get the hot latte, not the iced.

And oh boy do I agree the things we learn. About soy milk, vegetables, and that it's possible to have a whole conversation about someone you don't even know. *scratches head* What would a person talk about if they don't know the subject of the conversation? Wouldn't that be hard to do? Kinda like trying to give a speech about a book you never read. I'll have to look into that a little more. There has to be an answer. Inquiring minds want to know.....I want to know.

Morning everyone, I hope everybody is looking forward to the Easter break. What does anybody have planned ?

We have my daughter in laws baby shower on Sunday and then a family dinner on Monday

Mandi - Sorry you have to step back a little. I hope everything is ok

Love - I hope mittens enjoyed his extra kisses. Happy Passover

Mel - I am only buying 20 a day now, it was 40

and I am going to make an appointment to see my doc straight after Easter. My goal is to be smoke free by the time my new grandaughter is born in July

Good morning!!
I have to tell you ladies something that you are going to laugh over. It has to do with my kitty Tinkerbell.

Well every morning, I get up, let the dog out, make a cup of coffee,

feed the cat and the dog, let the dog in and then enjoy my cup of coffee. After I shower in the morning I get ready in the bathroom. Well if the cat does not like the food I gave her, she comes in the bathroom when I am either showering or doing my hair and goes to the bathroom in her cat box. And she will not cover it!!!

And boy does it stink..

..I look at her and say "really'..she flipped her tail up gives me that look and walks away...

Jessie you should go find a unit that's getting ready for PT and ask if you can join them! There PT workouts are da best! When I was in I was with all 4 branches because of our jobs and I always did PT with the marine unit on base it was a way better workout! And boy did I look good back in them days!!!! Lol

Good morning everyone! On the 2nd day of my diet! So far so good I ate breakfast this morning and it's holding me over I am having my snack at 10am then lunch at 1pm! Yesterday after breakfast by an hour later I was hungry again but not today I think I'm starting to adjust to my eat something every 3 hours! I eat very proportionally too, I'm weighing my foods and everything so that I don't eat to much of something that is heavy in calories if eating to much then what's recommended! But I am overloading on non starchy veggies I can have unlimited amounts of these! Good thing I love salad lol

Jan that's to funny about your cat! Cats have always appeared divaish but yours for sure is!

Oh so excited I mailed my visitation form in to where shrimp is!!! Keep your fingers crossed that I get approved, the Feds are difficult and have a stupid rule but his case worker told him as long as I don't have a criminal background I'll be approved!!! So here's hoping he told shrimp the truth. So I can go see my shrimp soon!!!

Lisa you got it girl I'm here for you! And yeah on cutting down!!! I bet you could try to cut that in half over time too!

let me know what your dr says! I'm proud of you so far!!!

I sure will! I sent him 2 post cards hope he gets them today too

he has a place to hang them up now so I sent him 2 of Dayton so when he's missing me he can look at those PC!

No it's not even at the regular price either you get food for 28 days 4x a day! It's like $337.00 at regular price! You can't buy groceries for that and eat 4x aday for that amount of money! Then your add ons rnt bad I went yesterday and spent $20 and I'm good for about 1 1/2 weeks!

I'll let ya know next Thursday how much weight I loose the 1st week

I love water so it's never been difficult to drink. You know those jugs that resemble an office water cooler....but hand held? I drink 3 of those a day. I'm not sure how much water that is. I'll have to look. But I do enjoy a diet Pepsi every morning. It's my coffee since I don't drink coffee. Geez what's wrong with me? No coffee, no tea......

Mel I got approved for the Feds easily. Just filled it out and sent it back. Going for my visit in 14 days
