Default Can I keep my ss disability, EBT and partial medicaid if we get married?

Im not sure if I am posting this is the right place, but I need to figure out the best thing for me to do. I currently recieve social security disability, EBT and partial medicaid, and I was wondering if my fiance and I were to get married would it affect those things that I currently get. I am kind of at a stand still because I cant afford to be without either of those because of my health. From what I know as far as my SSDI, us getting married shouldnt have anything to do with it changing, but I want to be on the safe side. Someone please help.

Once you get married you are legally financially responsible for each other. For most benefit programs based on income spouses must include each other in their assistance unit and both of their income is counted. So, you would be a unit of 2 instead of 1 and any income he has would be added to yours to determine your (both of your) eligibility. You cannot apply separately for EBT from your spouse.

One of the questions is your marriage status, so I am thinking that it does matter for that.....now for the food stamps etc. from Social Services once you are married any income brought into the household is included in the case...whether married or not.

The only thing that might affect things other than it will count both incomes, which my application for EBT always ask the income of everyone living in the house any way married to them or not..Is some states food stamps and TANF have a no drug conviction thing to go along with it. I"m always asked if anyone in the house hold has been convicted of a drug related felony or evading parole and probation.
