No mail for me today. But that didn't stop me from going out to the park and writing letters. It is so beautiful out I don't think I could be sad if I tried.

Maelto how freakin adorable! Sometimes the kindness we show really does make a huge impact! Love that!

Emt I wish it wasn't cookin like an oven I would go to the park! But I would get heat stroke it's over a hundred ::sigh::

It's 104 here in Vegas ~ hot!! I went outside to meet the ambulance and about sweated through my scrubs ha!

No mail again today :/ I need to finish writing my letters!! One pal has been waiting 2 weeks..YIKES!!!!! Tonight its on! Just me and my pen and paper.

I was born at Sunrise Hospital in Vegas. I remember wearing all my gear on the ambu n engine on hot, humid days in Indy. OMG, as much as I miss the adrenaline rush I am enjoying my new path.

My mom doesn't know yet either because she will freak out for sure, we discuss it with martin, wether or not i should tell her, and he said he'd rather have her think that i'm still single and get the chance to proove her he changed before she feels like he's stealing her baby girl to put her in a bad bad situation...what does will think about you and your family?

i wouldnt try to care to much for your firend, if she is a good friend she will come back. Maybe the fear of loosing you or see you suffer scared her so much that she didn't know how to handle it...My best friend only "problem" when i todl her was " damned are you gonna leave me to go to usa for good?", she didn't care that martin is in prison at all, the only thing she didn't want was me going away. Maybe she doesn't know how to express that fear...If so she'll come back at you when she will have calmed down...If not then she 's not a good friend... Good luck anyway and if u need to talk we're all there for you

Hey ladies ! (And T&T) I just had to stop in and say hi. I have had a great trip so far but miss chatting with my fav friends. I had an epiphany today ... no matter how many experiences I've had wtih pen pals that weren't what I expected or even wanted, it only takes 1 to make it all worth it. I have had that 1 many times over so it's a lucky gal that I am and I think many of us are.

Sometimes I forget, lately I've wondered why I am doing what I do for so many others ... but I am glad that my head is back in the game. Off for a little letter writing and some more rest before a busy dy tomorrow. I hope you all are having a great week !
