Cheapest way for phone calls

Need to find cheapest way to make phone calls while my man is in prison. Advice is greatly appreciated!!

I serecus and I have a pre paid cell have a local area code registered to the area code where he is and our calls are 3.50 call for 15 min

Have securus and with my cell I put 2500 + 6.95$ and its 4 an call but My house phone is cheaper with securus 3.45 a call

If your man is in the same state as you, I believe you can get a cell phone with a local area code and prefix to where he is housed, which will make your calls cheaper.

I live in Oregon and I have a cell phone with the area code and prefix nearest his prison. We pay $1.75 for a half-hour call.

Maybe try to change your phone number to the area code for the prison. That will help a lot.

I did get a local cell phone number. I have to wait for approval from GTL and he has to put it on his list. I see advertisements for something like $100 for unlimited calls for 6 months us that true?

No, the calls are via internet. I use it with my computer but you can also plug the device into the wall and use it with the phone. For more details, I would recommend you their website, just enter "magicjack" on google.

I know about magicjack. I was wondering where are your calls from like what state. Or does the jail use global tel link. My calls are from CT and the only provider is GTL

same here in WV gtl is all, you can get a cell with same area in which he is located it would be 1.75....

my bf is in az and i go thru ics soultion prepaid and its 3.oo for 30 minutes i also have a local # near the prison
