i am sorry you are having a hard time dealing with the idea of deportation and everything that comes with the change.

i do not know if anything can be done in your loved ones case you have not added enough detail for any of us to help.

what I can say is there are many of us here that are in different stages of the deportation process and we are all here to support and help.

My family has lived in Mexico since Nov 2010 after my husband finished his 9yrs in state prison we decided as a family to move to Mexico and make things work for us It has its ups and downs but for us it has been worth it

if you have any questions or you just need support we are all here

I've several questions about your husband's pending Removal Proceeding, in order to better help you find out if any options are available.

Firstly, is your marriage Common Law?
Are their children, as a result of your union?
Does your husband have an extensive criminal history, or was this his first conviction?
All Felonies are not equal in the eyes of the Federal Government, did his conviction involve "moral turpitude"?
These questions are central to your husband's case.
For further answers/information you should contact The United Way, they are well versed in Immigration Law, and they can advise you of your/his options.

Don't despair, as long as he remains in the country, there's hope!
Good Luck.
