Disclaimer: This isn't an attempt to push any religious views on anyone. Just wanted to share something positive and give everyone some words of encouragement. Hope it helps, even if just a little.

As I skip from post to post I notice that a lot of us, especially in this particular thread, have genuinely lost sight of what's the most important factor in this situation, love.

Love is the most positive force in the world. Since God is love, He allowed us to give it action and meeaning with His vision of our universe. With that, we are afforded the opportunity to show love for ourselves AND towards/for others in various capacities.

Though our situations aren't ideal, most of us have been blessed to have our life partners practically handed to us, yet all we do is complain about the way in which we must receive this love (ie - he's incarcerated). Keep in mind - we're never forced to endure more than we can handle. The present situations are merely a test of our faith, strength, and ability to love. Don't allow it to get the best of you. It's temporary.

That's not to say we aren't entitled to a moment of frustration. Cry, curse, scream, sleep, eat some ice cream, ect...do whatever necessary for you to get it out of your system and snap back. The most important thing is to not dwell on the current condition, but focus on what's to come and the abundance of love you receive.

Agreed. Nicely said. I always say this is a test from God, and it's definitely strengthened us tremendously. I consider it a blessing in a lot of ways.

A heartfelt thank you. "The eyes that see God are the eyes in which God sees through." The divinity that we are is only accessed through the heart.

Only Love is real.

And so it is.
