Leaving the country while on parole

If my BF is release on Parole can he travel outside the country or move to another country? would this b something a PO would approve of?

Moving to a different country is not apt to be approved since that would also require the other country to accept the person- and many countries are not fond of admitting convicted felons for residency. Hell, a misdemeanor DWI can keep someone out of Canada even as a short-term tourist...

As to travel to other countries, yes it can be approved. I have had the Board approve travel for business to Iraq and we have had other clients approved for travel to weddings in Mexico and some other countries.
