Default Will I lose my permanent residency and/or get deported?

Will I lose my permanent residency and/or get deported?

I will be turning myself in in August before the two year mark.

Basic info:

23 years old Asian male.
Non-US Citizen/Permanent Resident.
Florida case but currently at large.
Warrant since August 2010.
Wrong info on "race" on warrant.
Admitted guilt to detective through email and phone conversation whilst asking for advise of what to do in 2011.
Made compensation to all the victims in 2011. And still friends with the owner of the stolen property.
The victims do not want and will not press charges.

The charges:

8 Dealing Stolen Property (5k bond each)
4 Defraud Pawnbroker (1k bond each)
1 Fraud false owner info pawned items less than $300 (5k bond)

You got some serious charges against you. DHS will try to deport you for ever one conviction (my husband has the same issues). I'm not trying to scare you, but if you do get booked into jail, ICE will pay you a visit, and if they think you're deportable, they will place an ICE hold on you so you can't bail out. If they don't consider yourself lucky, but keep in mind that they can place a hold on you at any minute. And yes, they do deport permanent residents. They just take their green card.

They have been looking at anyone with a criminal background with no papers and people with resident cards with a criminal background very closely. Good luck!!!
