Question Raid To Find Person Who Is Incarcerated

Hi, My brother has been incarcerated since August @ Moriah Shock Faclity and on May 18th his girlfriend house was raided and they claim that they were looking for my brother. I am confused because the police that raided his girlfriend house are the same one that raided last time, and actually arrested my brother. I do not understand how the police told his girlfriend that he's not in the system which is a LIE!! My brother has been in the system since August and has been @ four different facilities before, he was sent to Moriah so, I wanted to know if rading his girlfriend's apartment looking for him although he's incarcerated legal? Should she be able to get a lawyer? Also why would they raid her home lookingf or someone that is clearly in the system? Anyone that is able to answer this, I greatly appreciate it!

Dunno what happened but if they came in without a search warrant u do not have to let them in no matter what they say. No search warrent you have the right as an American to not allow anyone even cps entry into your home even I'd they threaten u. Most people cave to the threats. Make them produce a warrant or say no. If they did this for no good reason I'd do something about it.

Similarly, if they had a warrant, I'm not sure if it matters what they said. What matters is what they do.
