Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Default LAWTON - any information on problems at Lawton yesterday or today ?
Trying to run down a rumor that Lawton had problems either yesterday or today. Anyone having information, would appreciate hearing from you. THANK YOU

I talked to my husband today and he didn't say anything was going on. I'll ask him when he calls me in the morning.

I was at my friends yesterday when her husband called and he had said that they were doing a facility shake down. I'm not sure about any other issues. My husband is at Granite. I will ask her if her husband has said anything else besides the shake down.

Thank you so much for checking on Lawton for me. My son is there and I got a message that there were serious problems (possibly group or gang relaated) dangerous to my son simply because he is housed in the area of the two groups in conflict. I know little about Lawton. My husband is in another location and my brother was at McAlester several years ago. Thank you again. Any information is helpful -- I am sure you know what I mean. Not knowing ANYTHING AND being 500 miles away is hell.

You've probably already heard of what went on by now. I heard that there was a gang fight between the white guys and either black or hispanic. I'm not sure which one because I heard both. But it happened in House 1 and there were several guys hurt really bad and that house went into lockdown for a day or two but they should be off lockdown now. That's all I know about that situation.

I spoke to my friend last night (June 7th) and he said they are completely off lockdown. At least for now...
