Default Moody after period?

I know before my period I start getting all emotional, writing sad letters to my husband.. during I am just kind of snappy..but now it's a few days after & I feel so bummed out, upset...etc...does anyone else get like this or am I just being a total nut job right now.. :-/ I hateeee it!

No i feel this way. The way i deal with it is eat chocolate and eat STEAK like crazy!!!!! LMAO. I also found out that all of those crazy thoughts and mood swings go away once i exercise. You should try that!!

I ate soo much chocolate last week ha. Luckily I get a discount at the chocolate store ...I haven't had steak in so long, actually sounds really good! I've been saying I am going to start walking the dog, I just get lazy when I get home..maybe that would help me a little though. This crap just drives me crazy.

I think the moods get you as best when your mind is not racing. So if you do something everytime you feel emoctional it really helps you alot.

Oh, yeah- I'm more of a nut job, emotionally, the last 2 days or so of my period and the first few days after than I am before it starts.
I think it's a combo of the hormone shifts and the sheer frustration of a week spent with cramps, fatigue and randomly striking headaches.

i get like that too during my period and im also menopausal which can cause all of that when not on period
