When it rains it pours, no visits until July 19!

I just called Avon Park C.I. & the classifications officer told me he was put in solitary confinement for 45 days. That means no visits. He had DR court yesterday and I was so worried about it all night.
I'm telling ya when it rains it pours. Haven't cried this hard in so long. I was so excited to see him and now I have to wait until after July 19th. </3

Plus no letter in a week? I'm losing it.

No, it was a DR from when he was in reception that he hadn't gone to court for.
They transferred him before he went to court so they did it yesterday.

I'm trying to keep my head up but it's really hard right now.

You may want to send him some paper (no more than 10 pages per envelope), envelopes and stamps.

My husband has been in confinement and on CM in the past and one of the first things I've done is send him writing material so he can communicate with me.

He should still have some left. I plan on sending him more but really right now he has no excuse not to send me anything.
I'm sure it's the mail being slow cause of the holidays & him transferring.

When he was in reception him and another guy beat up this man for bragging about raping his 4yr old nephew.
He was supposed to go to DR court last week but since they transferred him they didn't.
My fiancee told me that the guard who gave him the DR said he was gonna try to get him time served with no loss of gain time..
But of course he was wrong. He got 45 days in solitary confinement and lost his 4 days of gain time.

I don't think they're allowed to bring any of their personal items with them to confinement - that is why I was suggesting you send him some.

Sure he still thinks it was worth it. I'm sorry but not only did that #$%& RAPE his own nephew....an infant even practically but had the balls to BRAG about it. I hope he got REAL hurt. That poor child. Inmates like that should be separate so they don't get dead accidentally. I know....the perv is someone's lo but seriously a 4yr old can't even defend himself....I want to kill that dude myself.....but it IS God's territory and He is not slack like we think He is. Sorry it means you have to keep missing ur dude so much. It DOES suck for you & him!!!

Yeah, the guy deserved it I just wish someone other than my fiancee would have done it.

I KNOW...right! Been 7-8 days for me too and yeah....sometimes I think all I do is excuse him but really....he has little control. His last letter said that was his last envelope cause they still hadn't brought his store AND he is on LOP!!! For someone who supposedly hasn't been in trouble it sure seems he has!!! Wow, that's horrible.. bragging about raping a 4 year old! I hear that sex offenders like these don't really get along with the general population, and I totally understand why some inmates would be so angry with child rapists. They are vile and deserve the full junk punch of the law. However, don't you think that child rapist bragged on purpose to get himself in a different ward or better accommodations?

I, too, wish your guy just kept to himself and not run with a group that beats peeps up. What if the sex offenders bragged all the time? Your guy would never get out of confinement and more vile people would get better care than the general population just cause their lives were in danger.

I was almost thinking he wasn't telling me the whole truth about it because it seems like a long punishment for that since he was already in the hole for 2 1/2 weeks prior to being transferred. He knows I'll tell him exactly how I feel about it so he's probably a little scared of my reaction! lol.

I believe he did it on purpose.. the child molester probably has nothing to lose and figured he'd screw somebody else's day up!

That is so sick and twisted of that guy! I dont want to go putting someone down that I don't know but that is so low...
