Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Default Help me with extradition laws
My husband is in jail in NC on charges. He is also being held on bond for a probation violation for PA. He signed an extradition waiver. How long do they have to come get him? Is he serving time for both NC and for PA? I need help, i know nothing and no one will tell me anything! Please help someone!

Sorry, I have no clue, but if he has a lawyer in either state, they will know the extridition laws and requirements. Good luck.

Where is he in the process for NC? Is he pre-trial or serving his sentence?

He's not serving time for both unless both jurisdictions agree. PA won't come to get him if he's serving time for NC or NC is in the process of trying him.

He needs an attorney in both jurisdictions.
