Default Lawyer's Bill

I received a bill for his lawyer. For a ticket. The only reason he is in jail now is because that lawyer made a huge mistake. and now wants to be paid for it. What should I do?

1.are you married? if not its not ur issue.
2.id write return to sender
if his lawyer made a huge mistake and nothing was done about it then that would have nothing at all to do with paying or not paying a ticket

If there was a contract in place for services, then the attorney is entitled to be paid in accordance to the contract between the parties. This is the precise reason why few criminal defense attorneys will take a case with a promise to pay and instead require full fee prior to trial...
