Default Habeas Corpus Attorneys

Does anyone have a suggestion of an attorney that does Habeas Corpus filing and representation.?

What part of the State did the conduct occur in and where is he currently located? Both can be essential to referrals...while the better ones will travel, it sometimes helps to find someone local to the jurisdiction that the writ will be originating from.

The offenses happened in east Texas and he is currently in Abilene
