Sorry to hear that and I know you must be shook! Are any of her things missing...such as things she might need or that are important to her? Does she have family you can call?

prolly trying to skip out on paying rent! Made up the story to use as her way to get away and now shes completely ignoring you! She prolly wanted to move in somewhere cheaper but didn't want to cause issues with you! So concocted this story and is now unreachable!

Thats messed up if she did make this all up, scare the shit of you and make you feel unsafe! I'd call the police and file a missing person report on her, let her explain to the police whats going on!

Did your house looked like it was broken in? Was it a mess like from a struggle? And weird the police didn't come out when you called them! If it did happen most evidence in the residence has prolly diminished by now!

My house looked the same. I don't know what's going on. I hope for her sake that it didn't really happen. I would rather that she was just skipping out in me than to know she got raped. I truly care about her. We've lived together for a long time. Her girls are like mine. I don't know what to think. I just hope she is okay and I wish she would let me know something anything

could this have been a date rape or someone she knows situation and she is embarrassed or ashamed or scared to report it?

you said she has kids is she on good terms with the father can you contact him and see if he knows where she or the kids are?

has she had any issues recently that would make her want to move without telling you?

are her things still in the house?
have you looked for her ID/drivers license/purse? if they are in the house then report it to the police because it would not be normal to leave without those things.

have y'all had any issues with each other, has she had financial issues, boyfriend issues?

something is just not right...go over any and everything to try and put the pieces together.

does she have a face book you can maybe find people that know her through it and see if anyone knows about her whereabouts?!?!?

Yeah its not very considerate of her at all, to give you that phone call and then to just disappear off the face of the earth! Oh my were her girls at the house when this supposedly happen? How scary for them if it did happen, to be involved in that situation!

So if it did happen then she either knew the person and let him in, because if it wasn't someone she knew then there would be signs of a break in! I'm sorry she's putting you through this ordeal and leaving you with unanswered questions! If it did happen how are you suppose to feel safe when the police have no clue that it happen and or description of the man?

Does she have family you can get in contact with? Id say if you don't hear from her in the 48 hour time period that police say an adult has to be missing I'd consider putting a missing person out on her! And Id tell the police about the phone call you got and how you came home and she hasn't been home since or returning your phone calls or texts and that your very concerned for her and her children's well being!

Hope you hear something very soon!

Girl I don't know. Her purse is gone but everything else is here. Don't know the kids' dad. Maybe you're right and it was a date rape. No problems at home and no boyfriend. Its just crazy

does she work or go to school?

if she does call in and see if she showed up or has made contact with someone. also if the girls go to school or daycare see if they have been dropped off.

if there is no trace of her at all then go to the police station and tell them about the phone calls it has been more then 24hrs so they should make a missing persons report.

Most rape victims don't report. Simple fact. What she's done by going silent is totally normal.

No most rape victims don't report. I didn't. I was forced by 2 males at 15 yrs of age it took me 4 years to even talk about it. I knew them both. One was my friends "thing". I was getting a ride to nyc. I regret it everyday. I should have reported it. I can openly talk about it no and because of it I trust no one.

They are taking her clothes her toothbrush (cuz he forced oral) and swabbing the floor where it happened. 2 days later. Kinda seems pointless to me but hopefully they find some kind of something

If there was any semen or dna evidence left they will get it. She probably ran to the shower worst thing to do but she more than likely felt violated and dirty =(

Hey so what's the update now? Was this all true? I'm sorry to hear she went through all of this. So if the man broke into your home is there any evidence that he did, like a broken window ect? Or did she let him in? There's just a lot of questions as to why they cops took so long to come and take these samples. Normally while they take her to the hospital cops should be there doing that the same day.

I hope all is well and you guys are safe now. What did your husband say about all of this? Sorry for so many questions just curious lol

Wow sorry ladies I forgot to update you. It turns out that she actually lied. I dont understand why a woman would lie about something so serious. Thats some sick shit if you ask me. Hopefully the police find out she lied and she gets prosecuted for filing a false police report. I moved out a week later and am now renting a room.

It sounds like the whole thing was so traumatic she just had to shut down to protect herself for totally losing it.
I am so sorry.
Do you have a dog?
Sounds silly but even a small dog can be a good alert system.
I will pray for you both.
