Default Intro--molly081712 from Texas

i know this girl and her boyfriend got convictied in Atascosa County Texas today. He was sentenced for molesting his 2 step-daughters -- sexual asault in the 1st degree w/ 2 counts and 2nd degree of indecency with a child with 2 counts. He is going to jail for 75 years. he was a former jailer gaurd at dominguez unit in san antonio texas. she is so upset and worried that he wont be able to handle it in prison. he is at the county jail in jourdanton texas but will be moved to huntsville texas or somewhere in texas soon she thinks but has not idea. just wondering if any of you may have some words of comfort that i can pass along to her. she is really worried about him.

This isn't an easy journey by any stretch of the imagination, but its doable. First things first....tell her to Breathe. It would also be a good idea for her to set up her own account so she can receive information, understanding and support on a more personal level. Of course, you are welcome to read/post as well

There are state specific forums such as one for Texas. There are also specialty forums like Loving a Sex Offender and Husbands & Boyfriends in Prison.

Stay strong, stay busy and write him often!

Welcome to Prison Talk. Since he is a former CO, he will definitely be familiar with the system from both perspectives, guard and prisoner, so he will already know how to handle the situations that will arise. He should also know how to avoid many of them.
