I do know that not all states have them. Where is she located?

We are both in Washington, and they do have them here, but there are a lot of eligibility restrictions and hoops to jump through and was wondering if it was so difficult in other places.

I had a cousin doing time in NY and he said he got them every 3 months or so and it wasn't much of a hastle. He never mentioned any difficulty and he and his wife, while dating on the outside, got married once he was in.

My Friend Susanna, who is also on this site, is drawing up a petition to have Conjugal Visits in Every state, not just 5 of them. When she gets it up, one of us will post a link for it on here. Hope everyone will sign it!
