Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

I spoke to my fiance's lawyer today... it would appear that his trial will NOT be starting on January 17th like we thought... once again there will be another continuance!!

How much longer can this go on??? How much longer will they make this man sit in jail while the wheels of justice sit completely still and all the lawyers can do is make stupid excuses about why they have to keep continuing!!

The DA is only doing this because he Knows he doesn't have a case... he even has a statement from Rick's son saying that he was lying the whole time! WHY IS HE DOING THIS???

I am so frustrated and angry right now I can't even think!!

ARRRGGGHHHH!!!

Girl...I am soooo sorry. I can imagine how frustrated you are. Did they say when it would be? Hang in there sweetie!

Well... as usual I was the one that had to break the bad news to him last night about the new postponement. He was SO upset!

I hate it when I have to be the one to tell him bad news.

I know that he takes it better from me then from his mom who is always so emotional (although this is understandable... I am a bit emotional myself at times) that she can't talk to him without crying, and that just makes it worse.

oh, honey-- take a breath- I know this is awful for you and him--- BUT in my experience, the DA's drag it out to build a case-- my guy was not EVEN charged until more than a year and a half after the alleged FACT (and allegation)---- then no trial until-- 21/2 years later, yeah he was convicted, but it was a weak case, so maybe think about WHY they want to drag it out, and give yourself a hug-- and him too
