Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Hey everyone!
As some of you may know I went on my trip to N.H to see my finacee.The weather there was constant snow and bitter cold it gets dark at like 4pm and gets light around 7:45..I spent 3 weeks there.
Well I come home and the past few days have been in the 70's since I live in S.C now.Well this is my thing I feel better and more ambituous.I could barley get myself off the couch.Yesterday after working a 3rd shift I come home and organize like there's no tomrrow..LOL
So I'm asking ya'll how does this wether change effect you?
I also heard on a radio show that getting a hald and hour od direct sunlight can fight off depression..God Bless

Well, Ash, as you know, I lived in New Hampshire for 52 years and yes, all that snow and cold and the darkness do affect you. Since I came to New Jersey, although there is still some cold and snow, although not nearly as much as N.H. I find I have more energy at this time of the year. January 1st it was 65 here and I was outside all afternoon. How was your visit, by the way? I didn't see anything here about it.

The dark,cold,rainy weather certainly has an effect on me and not a good one either! All I want to do is lounge around the house and sleep,my mood matches the dark dreary days!
